2008/2009 Auditions
Initial placement auditions for the 2008/2009 school year have passed. However, if you would like to audition for the bands, please email Mr. Gekoskie to set up an audition time. Please do so as soon as possible. WE HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON!!!
2009/2010 Placement Auditions
Placement auditions for the 2009/2010 school year for all rising 9th grade students (current 8th graders) and other students who will be new to Langley High School or Fairfax County Public Schools, as well as those students currently in symphony band and symphonic band wishing to audition for wind symphony, will be held (Date To Be Determined), in the Langley HS Music wing.
Auditions will include the following:
* Scales (major scales up to four sharps and four flats) * Chromatic scale * Sightreading
